As B&T Design; our social compliance policy is based on the fundamental principles and values we have established through teamwork with all our partners. This policy is a clear commitment from B&T Design to fulfill all its responsibilities and share this commitment with all our employees, stakeholders, and business partners.

 

Our goal is to ensure that the Social Compliance Policy becomes part of the corporate culture within the company. Therefore, social compliance standards have been established and implemented. These social compliance standards not only ensure the provision of services but also guarantee that employees receive all their rights under the law and standards, comply with occupational health and safety rules, act with environmental responsibility, and create a workplace environment where communication among employees is open and honest, and where respect and value are prioritized. The social compliance policy is communicated to all our employees through communication channels (intranet, email groups, etc.), and our suppliers are informed via our official website and evaluated based on these criteria.

 

Under this policy, no sanctions or penalties are imposed on employees who express their concerns, anxieties, or complaints, and the necessary environment is created for them to express these concerns freely. Employees can openly express their opinions, desires, complaints, and suggestions, which will be evaluated by upper management, and necessary improvements will be made for areas open to improvement.
