At Clerkenwell Design Week 2025, B&T unveils the Pod series by Japanese designer Jin Kuramoto.

Drawing inspiration from the textures, light, and spirit of İstanbul, Pod reflects Kuramoto's journey,

where the city unfolds like a personal letter.

Jin's three-day exploration through Istanbul and the B&T's world is captured in "3 Days of

Discovery," a series of short tease videos. These visual diary notes offer a glimpse into the creative

process behind Pod, building anticipation through intimate and inspiring moments.

Form, Light, and Balance

Pod reinterprets everyday geometric forms with a pure and powerful aesthetic. QUAD and TRI bring

the triangle and square into voluminous new expressions, allowing light to play across their surfaces

and transform the space they inhabit.

Shaped using cold-foam molding over a wooden core, their cylindrical volumes, minimalist lines, and

elevated bases create a bold presence in expansive interiors, while serving as captivating focal

points in more compact spaces. Pod offers both aesthetic impact and long-lasting comfort,

harmonizing form and function.
