One of the nature’s strongest textures, wood comes to light as a brand new design. Designed by Alp Nuhoğlu, Alek chair and armchair series offer a simple naturalness with its oval-shaped wooden frame.

With its armrests and back designed as a single structure, Alek invites you to a comfortable sitting experience. Cylindrical wooden legs which extend diagonally from the armrest level to the ground bring an aesthetical contrast to the oval formed backrest. The warm feeling of wood that dominates the visual impact is unified with a smooth cushion seat. 70 mm thick cushion seat and the raw look of wood reinforce the feeling of comfort.

While the wooden frame of Alek chair / armchair can be produced with ash, walnut and black finishes presented in the B&T Design’s solid wood catalogue, the seat and backrest can be customised with the rich collection of fabrics that has different textures and colours that would suit best with the characteristics of the space.

Alek series, with its neat stance and natural feeling, is utilized as a space-human interaction enhancing furniture solution. Besides high-traffic areas such as hotels, cafes or waiting lounges, it can be used in minimalist residential interiors.
